Step 1: RallymasterPro.com
First, you’ll need to make a RallymasterPro.com volunteer account. This is pretty easy, just fill in the requested info on the volunteer registration page.
Once you log in or create a profile at RallymasterPro.com you can click “Register” on any of the available rallies. The Overmountain Rally has options for volunteering on Thursday - Sunday, September 12-15. You don’t have to register for each one individually. When you click “register” on any of the 4 days, you can select which of the 4 days you are actually available. Please remember to select the days you are willing to work! We will assign you to something every day that you show availability!
Please fill details into the registration for to let us know if you have others you are wanting to work with (or that you have to work with, such as if you are sharing a ride) and any preferred or non-preferred assignment. Details make sure you get the job you want!

Step 2: ARA SpeedWaiver
Step 2 is to complete your ARA SpeedWaiver. This is a $0 transaction that makes sure you are covered under the event insurance policy.
You’ll need a smartphone to complete the SpeedWaiver process. If you do not have a smartphone or have one at your disposal to borrow, you can sign a waiver at check in. This will be cumbersome however, and we ask that everyone, if possible, please complete the SpeedWaiver process prior to volunteer check-in.
