Testing and Recce

7:30-8:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City- Test Day volunteers check-in.

8:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City- Test Day volunteers leave to set up testing stage

10:00- 19:30 - Test Stage - Testing sessions with teams on forest service road.

19:00-21:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - Rally Office open for volunteer check-in.

Scrutineering and Recce

7:30-10:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - Rally Office open for volunteer check-in

8:00-17:00 - JD Squared - Scrutineering volunteers at Tech Inspection

16:00-20:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - Rally Office open for volunteer check-in. All volunteers should be checked in by 20:00 on Friday night! If you show up after this, we cannot guarantee your swag bag!

18:15-18:45 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - General volunteer meeting for ALL VOLUNTEERS!

19:00-20:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - Rally Safety 101 training course (in parking lot)

20:30 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - Rally Officials' meeting followed by Stewards meeting.

Forest Stages: SS1-6

7:00 - Newport TN Fairgrounds - Morning stages volunteer meetup - find stage commander

7:30 - Newport TN Fairgrounds - Team 1 (SS 1/4) leaves for stage setup

7:45 - Newport TN Fairgrounds - Team 2 (SS 2/5) leaves for stage setup

8:00 - Newport TN Fairgrounds - Team 3 (SS 3/6) leaves for stage setup

9:00-18:00 - Forest stages running

17:00 - Newport Speedway - Forest stage volunteers to Newport Speedway to return equipment once your stage is released. Enjoy the show and fill in volunteer roles as required if you feel like it!

Super Special Stage: SS7

14:00-14:30 - Newport Speedway- volunteer meetup - find stage commander

14:30-18:00 - Newport Speedway- Stage setup and preparation for evening super special

19:00-20:30 - Newport Speedway- Park Expose and Fan Zone

20:30-21:30 - Newport Speedway- Super Special Stages running.

Forest Stages: SS8-14

Teams 1 & 2 (SS 8/11 & SS 9/12)

5:30 - Hwy 421 Bridge Boat Ramp (36.561, -82.04124) - teams 1 & 2 meet, find stage commanders

6:00 - Teams 1 & 2 leaves for stages

Team 3 (SS 10/13/14)

6:15 - Bluff City Park (4196 Bluff City Hwy, Bluff City, TN) - team meets, find stage commander

6:45 - Team 3 leaves for stage

9:00-20:00 - Forest stages running

18:00-22:00 - Yee-Haw Brewing - Forest stage volunteers to Yee-Haw Brewing Johnson City to return equipment. Stay for a free beer from Yee-Haw Brewing and hang out with new rally friends!

Breakfast and Cleanup

8:00-10:00 - Maple Street Biscuit Company - Post-rally breakfast

9:00-12:00 - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johnson City - remaining volunteers can help pack equipment. Teams may be sent out to the forest to check stages for any remaining hardware or bannering.
