15:00-19:00 - Test Location in Bluff City TN (36.468524, -82.115014)- Testing session with teams on forest service road.

Stage Setup Team

12:00 - Best Western Newport Inn - Recce volunteer teams meet up

12:30-19:00 - Stage Roads - Recce/ stage setup

Scrutineering and Recce

5:30 - Best Western Newport Inn - Recce teams meet up

7:00 - Newport Speedway - Service teams meet up and start preparation for load in

8:00-12:00 - Best Western Newport Inn - Rally Office open for volunteer check-in.

9:00 - Newport Speedway - Scrutineering team meets up and starts setup

16:00-17:00 - Best Western Newport Inn - Rally Office open for volunteer check-in. All volunteers should be checked in by 17:00 on Thursday night! If you show up after this, we cannot guarantee your swag bag!

17:30 - Cocke County Courthouse - Stage captain and course car meeting (ARA Podium Trailer)

18:00 - Cocke County Courthouse - General volunteer meeting for ALL VOLUNTEERS! (ARA Podium Trailer) - controls training to follow + VOLUNTEER PHOTO!

18:00-21:00 - Cocke County Courthouse - Late volunteer registration

Rally Fest Team

19:00-21:00 - Cocke County Courthouse - Setup and man fan and spectator areas for rally fest

Forest Stages: SS1-6

All volunteer teams meet up at Newport Speedway

8:00 - Team 1 (Weaver Bend)

8:30 - Team 2 (Paint Mountain)

9:00 - Team 3 (Big Clifty)

12:00-20:30 - Forest stages running

Forest Stages and Super Special Stage: SS7-12

All volunteer teams meet up at Newport Speedway

7:00 - Team 1 (Chestnut Loop)

8:00 - Team 2 (Wasp)

10:30-20:15 - Forest stages running

13:00 - Team 3 (Super Special)

~15:00-23:00 - Newport Speedway - Spectator Stage, awards, after party, and BBQ! Equipment return location.

Cleanup

10:00-12:00 - Newport Speedway - remaining volunteers can help pack equipment. Teams may be sent out to the forest to check stages for any remaining hardware or bannering.
